A). YES. You can choose from our dealer-stocked inventory. Or you can purchase a vehicle from your local dealer, and have the vehicle drop-shipped to our facility for conversion.

Q). Am I limited in compartmental size for my hot and cold conversion?
A). NO. You are only limited to body size on your HotShot models, not compartment sizes. You may increase oven size or increase refrigerator size according to your specific requirements. We will customize your HotShot to your unique business needs.

Q). What are the temperature ranges for oven and refrigeration compartments?
A). Holding oven temperatures are thermostatically-controlled from 140°F to temperatures in excess of 180°F. Refrigeration temperatures range from 34°F to 40°F. Freezer temperatures range from 20°F to -15°F.

Q). What kind of shelving is available to transport my food products, and what kind of flexibility do you provide if I have unique packaging needs?
A). You have several shelving options to choose from to accommodate standard food industry pans and containers. You can also customize your HotShot to meet the specific shelving needs unique to your operation.
